We chose Norwegian Sun because we always traveled on Carnival and wanted a different experience. Unfortunately we got a horrible experience. For starters, the servers spraying your hands as you walk in the door was crazy. The food on the buffet never looked appetizing. We got into disagreements with staff on 2 separate occasions at the Four seasons who had the slowest Service Ever on a cruise. This is not a big boat compared to others we have been on. Our cabin steward put soiled bloody sheets back on our bed after we discarded them to be replaced. The people in the Photo Gallery never offer to help or assist with anything but stand around and speak in foreign languages. The black jack table in the casino as well as most other games were definitely fixed. Not going to Cozumel ruined my entire experience and the Guest Services could care less. We got sick on the 2nd night from all the motion on the boat and the half done pizza we ate. We just did not enjoy this cruise/ship. Too many little kids playing in the Jacuzzi. There are no adult only areas on this ship which I hated. Never been on a cruise where so many employees do not speak or acknowledge the guests.
