We wanted to try a new cruise line and heard about msc. the divina is a beautiful ship with many elegant features.

We had an 11 am boarding time, but for some reason, no one could board until after 2 pm. We finally boarded just before 3 pm.

balcony rooms were a bit smaller but comfortable. my wife noticed that the kleenex dispenser was empty and there were no wash cloths. we asked the room attendant for more. he gave us the wash cloths and stated that he would bring the kleenex to our room but never showed. we called the guest relations desk and could not get anyone to answer the phone. we again asked the room attendant and he stated they would bring them right away. no one showed again. we decided to go to the front desk in person and their answer was that they do not offer kleenex anymore because they are saving on paper waste. they instructed us to use the toilet tissue. what a disappointment.
