To start..the boarding process was easy. $15 per bottle of alcohol to bring onboard..total crock! Getting into our room was easy..getting our bags delivered to the room took forever..thought our bags had been lost it took so long and we tipped the guy at the terminal. Food that was available was a buffet..no pizza place. That would be the Biggest disappointment of the entire cruise..I've been on 2 other cruises..the Pizza place was my #1 spot..pizza whenever you want it..not This cruise..pizza was offered at very limited times and it wasn't very good. Only late night option was a Sports bar or Room Service that costs $8 every time you utilize that..pathetic! That was another change from previous cruises..room service was included! Every person is charged $15 per day on the cruise that covers gratuities..was not aware of this fee that was created mid 2019. The promotions given were very hard to take advantage of..free excursions..hard to sign up for and very limited options. Have basic options like bike/scooter/ATV rentals..not many people want to be guided..give us the way to see more and take advantage of our time while visiting. The special dining was the highlight of the cruise..we did Hibachi and Cagneys Steakhouse..Solid!! The chefs from Hibachi were great..put on a fun dinner! Final stop of the cruise was cancelled because it was "too" windy..we go to our balcony..barely any winds..turned out to be a beautiful day..but we get another "Fun day at Sea" This cruise was to celebrate our Honeymoon. Neither one of us had ever sailed Norwegian Cruise Line so we were excited to embark on something new for both of us! Unfortunately it was a huge letdown. Do not plan to sail Norwegian again! Getting off the boat was very easy.
