I was so excited to spend 7 days in the sun on the 9th largest cruise ship in the world! Brand new with all kinds of bells and whistles. Magic was going to happen.
.....It was not exactly what I was expecting.
The online process of logging into an account and check in was the worst ever causing much stress and many repeated phone calls to support. God forbid you use a curse word. They stop talking to you.

Large with decent bed and lots of closet space. Decent bathroom.
Water gets way to hot even on cold settings.
Listed to the next rooms TV all night every night. Rooms are not sound proofed very well
