We love the western Caribbean and NCL is the cleanest on the seas! Best food and great service. Took a mini-suite this trip, loved the big shower! Stage shows were great, if you have not seen Rock of Ages show yet, be prepared, burlesque meets music, hysterical (not a show for kids but most of the humor will go over their heads). Great comedians and superb weather. New disembarkation was speedy and we were off the boat in 20 mins (not 1-2 hours). Getting on was a bit insane, but we are platinum so we breezed right through.

If you are headed out anytime soon, In Honduras, take the excursion to the wildlife refuge, great lunch, superb pool and amenities, nature tour, hands on with the monkeys (if you are brave), bird sanctuary and butterfly enclosure up close and personal - great for kids, fun for us big kids too.

We took the Party Bus in Costa Maya, only need to do that once, it was fun, but you can get to the same beach club/pool on your own for a $3 shuttle fare - you do have to buy your own drinks - so depending on what you are drinking, the ship tour comes with unlimited open bar. Read more
