We chose this particular cruise for the itinerary it offered. For the most part, it met our expectations. However, we were unable to disembark in Easter Island due to high swells (no docking there, so tenders are needed).
I purchased the "Silver Beverage" package but often found that I had to "wave down" waiters to get a glass of wine/alcohol/etc whether we were on the pool deck or attending one of the shows. That was very frustrating.
The excursions were very good and well organized. Our cabin (suite) was beautiful with a great veranda from which we often watched the sunsets. Cabin service as well as restaurant service was excellent.
Since this was a "World Cruise" - which we didn't know - there were times when we felt a bit left out as we were only participating in one "section" of the Miami-to-London cruise. Many of the passengers were on the cruise for the entire trip; and many had taken this same cruise last year.
The cruise director was good, but she certainly catered to those who had gotten on the ship in Miami and were staying on until London.
Excellent, roomy, beautiful, great views
