This was the ONLY cruise ship available for the one week we could sail and go to the ports we wanted to visit.
The food was sub-par. The crew was miserable and literally opened up about how poorly they're treated and paid by Costa. Ever since Carnival Cruise Lines purchased Costa, everything's gone downhill.
The entertainment was extremely poor. The dancers acted as if they were practicing just going through the motions, and not really performing. It was an embarrassment for them.

Panorama Suite with Balcony
We had an upper level suite and the ship's engines vibrated us like crazy!! It was nearly impossible to fall asleep each night. Everything in our cabin rattled. It was horrible!!!
