I was excited to experience a cruise with Norwegian as I have a friend who works for Norwegian and I heard great things about the service.

Embarking was quick and easy. The staff was down right rude with the exception of the restaurants and spa personnel. The cabin was decent in size, I had a balcony which was nice. The food was pretty good. A lot of other guests complained about the service too and were surprised. Some of the excursions were not as great either. They were just trying to take up time, rather than being of quality.

I didn’t get the birthday treats they promised. They broke my luggage and never sent a survey. Read more
