Were not sure what to expect for our first River Cruise but we were certainly impressed from our airport arrival and transfer to our hotel a few days before the cruise. The transfer from the hotel to the ship, the crew, and cruise far exceeded our our expectations. The transfers to our hotel after and a few days later to the airport we expect we will have the same exceptional experience. Having 40+ Ocean Cruises under our belt we were not sure what to expect but are glad we did and will do another River Cruise again. And Scenic will be our choice. We could not have asked for a better learning or entertainment experience. The entertainment was from Classical to Country to Rock and Roll to A Disco Dance Party with the crew the night before. Again I cannot say how impressed with the Ship, Crew, Ports of call, excursions, food, and entertainment. Consider Scenic in your travel plans.
