Cabin: Family Balcony Stateroom

We got the port around 12pm and it was madness with all the porters taking luggage and people trying to figure out where to go. Eventually, we got inside and started the lines to check in. It was probably a process of 30 minutes. It was a bit unorganized because some lines were going the wrong way and then people had to turn around and do another line.

Once on the ship, we went to the cabin and it was dirty. I called the cleaning service and there was no answer. I finally was able to speak with operator and they said that the cabins were not ready yet and i had to wait for the announcement that would notify that cabins were clean and ready to enter. I think the announcement was made around 1:30pm. Everyone in the atrium cheered when the announcement was made.

I had requested for them to separate the beds and they didn't. I called cleaning again no answer and finally after trying 5 times to the operator, they said to request that at turn down service.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

the cabin is a good size for 2-3 people, the balcony is smaller than others i've been on, the bathroom is a good size and has a comfortable shower. I think the halls should have a sign that tells people to be considerate and quiet in the halls and no running because i was in between to cabins that had kids and every night you could hear them running and in the mornings you could hear the kids arguing with their parents. it was very annoying.
