Very disappointing, ship tired and staff very lacklustre, not one member of staff went that extra mile,

Hygiene not enforced at all surprising considering that they had noro virus a few weeks before.

Entertainment team non existent, buffet food appalling, dining room just satisfactory, poor service and no interaction, served as if we were in a fast food establishment. We had an issue with over charging so went to Customer relations to sort out, assistant started to deal with our problem then just answered the telephone whilst we were in the middle of a conversation when I pointed out that this was rude he replied that it was a medical emergency, but surely these calls should be taken in private, I don’t think it’s very professional as I heard all the details of the illness and their room number.
