We are frequent MSC cruisers 

This was our 10th MSC cruise

And was the worst 

Bar service was short staffed and very hard to get a drink

We waited to long 

Guest service was rude and non helping 

Just the general overall service was terrible 

Could not get off at Pamome island and has always been like that for the past 10 cruisers 

Only the northern parts

Have never seen or been to Barro lodge Bazzaruto and now pamome 

Weather was bad do we didn’t get off the boat to Portuguese island but yet they still charged us for or luxury beach loungers 

When I complained I was told tough luck 

There has always been entertainment on the deck, but on this cruise there was not such entertainment 

In the past they kept the people pumped up and dancing but nothing 

excursion desk never open 

Staff looked like that they had no interest of being on the boat
