This is our third cruise and I couldn't be more happier with the service we received. This is the first time we stayed in a balcony suite and we weren't disappointed with how spacious the cabin was and the great ocean view from the balcony. Our Cabin steward Michael made our trip so much more stress free by making sure all our requests were met throughout the week. The food was amazing with tons of variety and a 24 hour burger and pizza station. My sister is special needs and I couldn't be more happier with the kind treatment we received. They helped us with her wheelchair coming on and off the ship and made sure that she was comfortable when we dined at the restaurant. It was mom and sister's birthday and they gave my sister a free picture frame and my mom a free spa experience worth over 50 dollars, as well as singing happy birthday for both of them in the restaurant. The shore excursion that I would recommend as being the best is the dolphin encounter at ocean world Dominican republic. The staff helped make the experience so much more pleasant and the price for photos and the video of the dolphin swim was not that expensive and very much worth every penny spent. Anyone travelling with a special needs person or has a disability I would recommend this cruise ship; you won't be disappointed with the amazing treatment. The entertainment was phenomenal, every night we had a great show to see. One of the cleaner's in the buffet named Aillen always made sure to greet us anytime we saw her and always had a big smile on her face. I will totally recommend this cruise to anyone who wants great food and entertainment as well as a friendly staff that is there to help you feel right at home. :D
