I went with my family. My wife and I, my son, 18 and daughters 14. We had a good time, but there was this annoying nickeling and diming every second. Every were you turn there was extra charges. If you ask for a ice tea it may take 15 minutes to get during dinner. The reason, it free. If you want soda or or booze it is there in a appropiate time and it not cheap. They never stop hawking the booze, bingo cards and anything else that cost extra, which are numerous. We went on 2 shore excursions. One was whale watching which was 99 dollars. Very expensive, and not worth it at all. We got to see a whale or part of a whale. Read the fine print, there is no quarantee of a sighting. Watch Nat Geo on TV its free and better. We were one of 10 boats jocking for position to see a fin of a small male humpback who surfaced every five minutes. It was 100 bucks for a boat ride. We also went to the Virgin Gorda Highlights. That was a beautiful spot. A must to walk through the caves. We were delayed almost a hour for numerous reasons. In the end our time at this place was cut short, they did appologize but we felt rushed and did not have time to relax. You should go there but come in by boat and swim ashore, forget about taking the boat ride to the bus and have to climb down the steps. You can probably book this by yourself and save 50 percent. There private island was ok, but once again everything was extra, they even made you rent a floatation device if you were snorkeling even if you brought your own gear.If you had to rent it was expensive, not included, I thought they might charge us to play volleyball, but it was free. LOL The cruise was nice, the food good and numerous, the staff tries the best they can, but the hawking of the extras, it felt like they had their hands in both my pockets every second. I did write a letter to them complaining about the delay on the excursion and they send me a post card confirming that they recieved my letter the same day the responce letter came. Weird Huh, which nicely said take a hike. Seemed like a form letter they have for all the complaints. They just pick the paragraphs that apply and sign the thing.

Based on there response I think we will step up next time and go on Royal Caribbean and pay the extra for the extra. There is nothing worse than the annoying extras,it takes the fun away.

Cabin O1

The cabin was nice. Plenty of light from the window. We did have problems with the phone and the light in the bathroom. They were not able to fix it even though we asked twice.
