The first time with Sinfonia was excellent. Everything were more than expected. A dream come true. That is why my husband desided to surprise me with early birthday gift... A cruise on Musica.. We were so disappointed with Musica. Paying for balcony view but could not use it because both sides and all over no smoking area people were smoking. We had to close balcony all the time due to smoke. On deck there were on both sides people smoking . We complained about the rooms and balcony that our neighbors smoke, and no one did anything. Most food dishes had curry therefore we ate hotdogs or humburgers most of the time . We did ask about food they reply there is Indians on board but 95 % were South Africans. And coffee terrible. No decent coffee. Had to ask for nescafe. Waiters hide it because guests steal the coffee. The entertainment team on deck were good but not so interactive with guests. The entertainment shows inside were very good. The overall neatness is very good. But for children sitting between people smoking and not catering for all guests made me give a poor rating. We paid for experience of a lifetime not running from here to there just to search for spot to breathe fresh air or to look for something to help with heartburn....
