We chose this cruise as it was one of a very few to walmer climes, without a long haul flight.

We began our cruise on Feb 3rd from Barcelona,( we were on the same ship 13 months previously). We bid for an upgraded cabin but were unsuccessful, we were alocated an inside 8509 forward, the cabin itself was ok, BUT we were opposite the tannoy, with early morning announcements which always woke us up, so most days we felt very tired.The shuddering when we came alongside a port was also disturbing even earlier!

I suggest if you are a medium to light sleeper don't chose this cabin! Read more
