We have sailed Holland 4 times in 4 years. This was not like the others.The ship seemed too big with many of the help not speaking English very well. Seemed to gather a lot without checking on people’s orders in the Main Dining Room.

Embarkation and Dembarkation were a nightmare. Over 2 hours, almost missed flight home. Spent more than an hour waiting for the bus to leave for the airport. Officers yelling at passengers.

Difficulty getting reservations at speciality restaurants even though they were half empty. Seemed like lots of people not knowing their jobs. No Test Kitchen demonstrations. Read more
