All the staff is very friendly and polite. The restaurants served the best food, the staff sprayed your hands with sanitizer to avoid the Nuro virus, all around the ship you can find sanitizer containers. Washy washy everyday. The spa with the sauna, salt room and cold room were refreshing. The shows were very entertaining . The room was comfortable, you learn to move around with someone else in the room. Look all around the room because their is extra space for clothes under the couch. Shopping is available at discounted prices on the ship. The person that took care of our cabin needs was the best, anything that we requested for the room, he ensured that we received it. The specialty dining was the best by far, the greatest. The toilet paper could be softer , the mattress could have been softer, but it is your own opinion whether you like soft or firm. You can request a softer mattress before your cruise.
