We chose Viking because several of our friends have cruised with Viking before and had wonderful experiences. We chose this particular cruise because of the itinerary, and it was absolutely perfect!!!! We also chose to cruise in October, and the weather in the Mediterranean was wonderful !!! At each port we had fun excursions to choose from. We just can’t say enough about the ship, the crew, the food, the destinations, and the wonderful people that we met. We especially liked that Viking does not have a casino, and even though we love children it was nice to not have children aboard on the cruise. The entertainment in the evening was first class, The entertainers were exceptional! The ship is beautiful, and our room exceeded our expectations. We have no complaints about anything, and are looking forward to going again !! We recommend the Viking Sun highly, it was everything we expected and more!
