This was our 4th cruise with NCL and this ship and overall experience was mediocre. Crowding everywhere. Quality of Freestyle dining was poor. Staff were not as friendly as our previous NCL cruises. We will consider cruising NCL again but most likely not this ship. We are hoping that this is not an overall trend throughout NCL.
Ship: seemed crowded everywhere we went.
Pool Area: Small and seating was inconvenient to using the pool.
Cabin Review
Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony
Satisfactory. Steward wasn't very friendly and unlike previous cruises when steward engaged and new our name, this one did not. We called for some housekeeping and after 30 minutes no response so cancelled the request. Room was clean and neat however. Main closet was a little awkward.

Love the Mayan medicine tour.
Costa Maya
felt like were held captive in a tiny tourist trap.
New Orleans
Had reservations at Bourbon New Orleans HOtel. . . loved our stay.
Grand Cayman (Georgetown)
Weather did not allow the ship to tender passengers to shore so no one got off the shipe and the ship moved on to Jamaca.
