Just got back from the worst vacation experience I have ever had, hands down, on the Norwegian Sky. I booked this a few months ago specifically because it offered an all day and overnight in Havana, as well as a day in Stirrup Cay and in Nassau. The first day, we got an announcement that stirrup cay was cancelled due to "9 foot waves" (the sea was still and calm) We arrived in Nassau but much later than predicted so we had a short evening and the ship left at 2 PM the next day so barely any time.....After that disappointment, we got another announcement.....our disembarkment in Havana was going to be delayed from 12 PM to 4:30. We had an excursion that was canceled by the cruise, and it kicked us to the back of the line to disembark. We asked if we could AT LEAST have another excursion at the same cost or keep our place in line. Both were denied by a very snippy staff member. We didn't end up disembarking until around 6:30, and then the customs line lasted about an hour, putting us in Havana at 7:30! When we did finally get off the ship, the captain announced that "the rest of us could go now," and there was no staff to direct us off the ship so we had to wander around to find where to go.

Speaking of snippy staff members, there were a lot of them. The front desk people were rude from day one, and the people at the front desk at Crossings had a terrible attitude.

The ship smelled like dirty feet, the food was terrible, the entertainment options very scarce, and I regret booking with you guys. I will surely never book with your line again, and I will deter as many people as I can from booking. I was not offered any kind of compensation except for 25% off my next cruise (laughable that the line would think I would want to book again after my terrible experience). I will continue to post this on every review website I can find. My lifelong dream to experience Cuba has been ruined, and I'm going to have to go back there on my own to even feel like I experienced it.

Staff turned down the AC to 50° F even though we kept adjusting it back. Dirty, only one working outlet.
