This was the worst cruise. We booked this based on price, dont be fooled you get what you pay for. The service is non existant, the food was horrible. We even paid extra to the Butchers Cut Steakhouse and was a totally waste of money. The dinner in the dining room was awful, service and quality of food. We ate breakfast each day in the dining room and that was average. Lunch was in the buffet, was ok, i will say their pizza is very good. The service all over the ship is awful, maybe this is due to the fact we are from the US and this is majority European crowd, but would of been nice to know beforehand this cruiseline is based mainly in Europe. Our balcony room was one floor above an outside patio so you have zero privacy, again no one told us. There are is no bar service in casino or pool areas. Staff are very rude when speaking at you. One waiter in the dining room told us when we asked for an extra english muffin with breakfast, that we must order all at once! I do NOT recommend this ship, or cruseline, literally worst cruise ever.

Cabin Review

Bella Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

Cabin was ok, our room attendant was probably the one positive thing about our cruise. They did NOT inform us that our balcony was one floor above where an outiside eating patio was so you have zero privacy.
