This cruise was free so we decided to give it a try. We have been on at least 15 cruises prior to this one. Overall services were quite poor. Bar service and pool service were awful. Could never get a chair at the pool unless u “saved seats” about 6 a.m. Entertainment was mediocre. Food was at best average. Only good thing was ports of call. Never again. First nite on cruise a woman fell while dancing in a club. She was down.. on the floor.. for 47 minutes until medical help came. When help finally arrived , they never even put a collar on her neck. Just “ rolled her onto the stretcher.” There were serveral other issues which I will not address due to the fact that we will never again go on Norwegian cruise line. Only good thing is that we met some lovely people. Thank God!!
