This was our second cruise on the liberty of the seas and we truly enjoyed the cruises. the staff was excellent from michael narund who took care of our room, to winston and marlene who were our dining servers, to bali, nelso, milton and nelson who took care of our drink needs. i can't say enough good things about the staff. they were all attentive and friendly and engaging.
Our favorite stop was roatan, and we took a liberty of the seas excursion which included snorkeling and a sailboat ride. the jolly roger excursion was fantastic. the excursion includes a sailboat ride out to a reef, snorkeling on the reef for a couple hours, lunch, and a party on the way back. the staff of the jolly roger were very helpful. we were first time snorkelers and the captain took us personally and another couple and guided us over the reef. it was really cool.
We celebrated our anniversary at chops. the atmosphere is great the staff is great, but my entree was odd. i ordered the 11/2 pounds of broiled lobster. when i got the entree the lobster meat had been removed from the shell sautéed in some kinda white sauce and put back into the shell. the entree was certainly not what i expected and pretty disappointing .
Cabin was great. We really enjoyed the balcony. the room was clean and layed out great.
