We are back from our Bucket List trip to Australia and New Zealand on Rhapsody of the Seas. What a trip! I meant to keep a diary, but somehow found myself too busy having a great time, so what I am writing comes from many fabulous memories of a trip of a lifetime. And there were many....

Getting There

We live in Los Angeles, so we luckily had a nonstop flight to Sydney on February 1. We used Apex Transportation's town car service to take us to and from LAX - the fare comparable to a taxi for the distance from our house. We flew on Delta, and used miles to upgrade to business class for the extra-long (14.5 hours going; 13 returning) flights. It was well worth the extra cost for the upgradeable fare.

Junior Suite

A little banged up, some noise from the crew pantry across the hall. Also some noise from crew parties in the wee hours
