We chose Princess Cruise to Alaska because of their reputation and presence in that area. We found our mini suite to be clean and comfortable with ample room for the two of us. The Bordeaux dining room was very pleasant, the service first rate and the food was excellent making dinner each evening a real treat. There was more than enough to do on board, we particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment in the Princess Theater. Our on shore excursions were well done and enjoyable. We took the narrow gauge railroad trip back into the mountains from Skagway, from Juneau we made a trip to the Mendenhall glacier and later went on a whale watching boat ride. There were quite a number of whales in the area. Our third trip was a trail hike on a temperate rain forest island. This cruise is ideal for people interested in nature and wildlife.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MD

The cabin was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed using the balcony when the weather permitted. There was more than adequate seating for two passengers.
