We don’t even know where to start....This was the worst cruise we have ever been on, from the ship to the service. So before We post We figured we would give you a chance to acknowledge and respond.
The only reason it is taking me so long to write this is because we actually just returned from Europe and I was not going to do this on my vacation after being through the 7 days on your ship.
To start you were never able to check in online had to take the time to call and speak to someone as your website was having issues. We then had to have our travel agent reach out to even get the documents emailed to us the day before the cruise .
