So this was my first cruise. The crew was top notch - all very pleasant, always willing to help with anything or answer any question with a smile. Very accommodating. The ship was absolutely beautiful. Our group of 8 (all adults) spent time a lot of time in the Mojito Bar and the Brewhouse. Bartenders were great!!! Room Stewards were so helpful and the rooms were always perfect. Staterooms were way bigger than I expected and there was plenty of storage. Alaska was beautiful and we enjoyed whale watching and helicopter to the glacier. Victoria, BC was beautiful. These were all areas I would return to so I could spend more time exploring this beautiful state. The food in the Savor, Taste and The Manhattan was outstanding. We splurged and celebrated a family birthday in the Cagney. Amazing!! We also enjoyed the Jersey Boys show!! Check in process was pretty easy. We ended up self check out and carried out own bags out so we didn't have to wait for our color to be called and collect bags. We had a girls day with pedicures and manicures which was very nicely done - thoroughly enjoyed.

On the downside -- 1. Way too many passengers (over 4000). 2. The noise level was so loud and not very relaxing. You couldn't walk through the Atrim area without getting overwhelmed by all the noise. It is hard to explain how LOUD this cruise was. 3. Not enough elevators. It was crazy to even attempt to ride the elevator anywhere because they were always full and took forever. It was easier to walk up 6 or 7 flights of stairs and not wait for another full elevator. The children would play on the elevators and push all the buttons or would play hide and seek in the elevators. 4. Garden Cafe Buffet -- crazy busy and very loud. Talk about a feeding frenzy. Stay away from the buffet -- ugh! 5. We didn't use the pool or hot tubs because the kids. 5. The go cart track was all booked up prior to even boarding the ship with previous reservations which was disappointing. 6. Putt Putt course is hard to find and we didn't actually locate it until the very last day on board.

Sum it all up. Not sure I would cruise again. Not very relaxing because too many people and too much noise.

Cabin Review

Oceanview with Large Picture Window

Cabin OA

Cabin was way bigger than I expected. Lots of storage and room to move around. Cabin Steward was awesome. Had to ask for a coffee machine because only cabins with balconies get room coffee machines but cabin steward was able to get me one. Bed was vey comfortable. Ocean view window was ok but it overlooked the front of the ship which is the private area that the staff get to use it wasn't very private.
