e sailed on the Oasis of the Seas July 22nd, 2018... It was great if you love waiting in lines because they were everywhere. RC is trying to pack as many people as they can on a boat bc it's all about money and not the customer's experience.

First the lost all our show reservations leaving us to wait in stand by lines. Their response- we shouldn't have booked the shows so early, we should've waited until a couple days before the cruise.

Next, the Aquatheater was broke down the 5/7 days so they just showed fail videos the whole week. Then, the main Opal Theater broke down Wednesday leaving just random fill in shows the weren't worth sitting through ( we even tried). The main headline shows-Cats and Come Fly with Me were canceled. Their response- it's unfortunate but there's other entertainment you can do instead.
