After much research we decided on an Atlantic crossing to get a bit of flavor of the old-time crossing cruises. We needed the relaxed atmosphere and the amenities of this cruise line to convince us to try ocean cruising. We enjoyed every bit of the time on board. We relaxed, exercised, ate and relaxed some more. We enjoyed every minute, and were ready to come home to the winter holiday rush!

Embarkation and discharge went smoothly, as did the two ports of call.

The food variety was delightful. We really felt like we "knew" the ship after a few days. The small swimming pool at the stern of the ship was lots of fun. We especially liked the variety of food choices, and the fresh fruits and vegetables available with every meal and snack. The one HUGE burger we had was delicious!! Read more
