We chose this cruise for many reasons; spending time with friends who've moved away, the convenience of round trip out of San Francisco, love of the beauty of the Inside Passage of Alaska.

The weather was absolutely amazing!!!! Never have we been to Alaska when it hasn't rained as least some of the time. This time we had beauty sunny skies in each port. The day we were in Tracy Arm we were able to get closer to the glacier then ever before and the sun was shiny spectacularly on the glacier as we approached.

The production shows were very good and I particularly enjoyed the "Born to Dance" show which featured the dancers. I thought the singers were unusually excellent and I really was aware of the beautiful blend of their voices.

Cabin Review

Window Suite, no Balcony

Cabin S7

We have cruised at least a half dozen times in a window suite and always enjoy it. Florante. our steward, did an amazing job. The bed was very comfortable. My only request is that there be a firm as well as a soft pillow. I find the sofa in the suite annoying as the seat cushions keep moving forward every time you sit on the sofa. I realize it is a sofa bed but I don't think the cushion problem needs to happen.
