I had a great time on my cruise. We got excellent service and the ship was very clean. The food was excellent with a lot of variety. The staff members were attentive and helpful and there were plenty of activities on the ship. My cabin was beautiful and always kept clean. I also liked the virtual balcony.

I do wish it was less hectic getting on and off the ship at the ports. Some of the staff were rude and didn’t give much time to gather your belongings. I found it to be quite stressful.

I thought the embarkment was easy but disembarkment was not!! We were due to leave at 8:30 but did not get off the ship until 10:00. I don’t think we were given enough information about the process and it seemed disorganized. Read more
