NEVER buy Owners Suite #8002 unless you enjoy being under the galley of the Windjammer and listening to the carts being drug back-and-forth all day and all night!!! It was a doozy. Reported to the Head of cooking areas, no reply and no solution. 9 days and nights was more than we could stand. The embarkation and debarkation was great, the ship was in great condition and the staff were a "10" on our list of services; but the Suite was unbearable for trying to rest. Our room porter made several really large mistakes in leaving our door propped open and our room unattended for 5 minutes on several occasions. We spoke to him about that and he deemed confused. After his incompetence for the third time, we decided to give up and not not tip him. We didn't want to report him and get him fired, but we were very upset about our room being left open to the public without the room porter being in it during that time. Dining in the main dining area was exceptional and consistent; our waiters were the best. Shore excursions were "ok" nothing to brag about but anything to get us out of that Suite was a blessing. We would definitely cruise this same ship again, but be more cautious in selecting the Suite number.

Owner's Suite

Cabin OS

Under Windjammer and noisy as all get out, all day and all night. No chance to enjoy peace-and-quiet in this cabin. Carts rolling back and forth all day and night. Totally unacceptable. We were so upset, we were willing to get off the cruise at Miami and fly back home instead of tolerating the noise level. Wish we had...the noise was right above the head of our bed and the walls would shake from the carts being rolled back-and-forth, YIKE!!
