We switch from RC cruises and Celebrity - I like the big new ships so we chose Harmony.

I think that RC has come down a few notches - they have cut back on lots of perks for the same prices but it is ok. Maybe we don't need those perks. We had a 10th deck cabin toward the back on the same side as the restaurants. Quiet room. Large stateroom with balcony (a must have) The cabin was very nice. Bathroom seemed smaller. Lots of space for clothes and drawer space aplenty. Room attendant Harren was there if we needed him. He was helpful as needed. Kept room very clean. Like all others that write reviews the food is not good. Dining room food just is blah. No variety. same ole same ole. I found the Windjammer food very tasty and presented very nicely. We had late seating in the main dining room on deck 3. Service was slow. The ship was packed but we never had a problem finding a seat in Windjhammer where we would go for lunch of Park Café seating was no problem either. Elevator service was good. Ice Skating show is a MUST. Grease was boring but music was good. Otherwise we didn't go to other shows. Casino was the usual place to go to lose money and the dealers were ok. They really need to pay attention more and don't talk to each other when you are trying to manage your money. I want to give a "shout out" to Gamaliel Sanchez Hernandez in Customer Service who went out of his way to get me a sparkly ring that they threw out to kids on the Promonade and I wasn't there at the time and wanted one desperately for my great granddaughter and he was kind enough to see that I got that "ring" thank youagain Mr. Hernandez. Never had a problem with Customer Service. All in all cruise was good. Whoever is responsible for the décor on this ship could have done better. What's with the carpet in the hallways to the cabins that have the "Christian fish" throughout????
