poor customer service by room steward and also inconsistent service by waiters in the buffet seating area. Also very poor selections on the buffet. just not upto princess standards Room service on day 2 and 3 would ring for a long time with no pick up or apology when they did pick up. Carnival was better and more prompt in my opinion..I would never go on this ship again. Only good points were anytime dining room staff were fantastic and embarkation and disembarkation was smooth. princess shore excursions are ridiculously expensive and just not worth it. Captains speech after safety drill not very welcoming. He said something like parents will be held accountable for childrens behavior. I understand the message but the delivery was rude and not very welcoming. Sets the tone on this ship for insconsistent and poor service throughout with very few exceptions. It starts at the top doesnt it? I should have listened to other reviews on cruise critic about this ship.
