I am somewhat of a frequent cruiser. I decided to cross over to Royal Caribbean based on recommendation of friends and family. Had this been my first time on the ship it may have been a better experience but I couldn't help but base part of my experience to previous cruise lines. This ship was old and small. My whole family felt the movement of the boat consistently making us sick which may be due to the size of the ship. This is the first time on a cruise that we ever experience this. Although the food was good, it was mediocre and it does not compare to other cruise ships such as Carnival or Disney. I had to send food back several times due to under-cook or over-cooked issues. However, the staff were accommodating of my dissatisfaction. My family asked for different things, and their request was accommodate but we had to ask a couple of times. The mediocre quality of the food was the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cabin was super small, the bedding was wet on the top bunk, don't know if there was a leak from above. The bedding was torn.. it was first thing we saw upon entering the room for the first time. Housekeeping should pay close attention to details. Also, on the website, it clearly states that our room can be requested as a double, but it wasn't. I complained but did not get resolution. Not being able to sleep with my husband was very unexpected. Not be able to use an app to view activities was very unaccommodating. TVs were too small to read the activities listed. Our family experienced had allot of unpleasant issues about this ship and only good thing I can say is that the staff was friendly, but just not completely accommodating. We will definitely not ride on this particular cruise ship again, but I do believe Royal Caribbean can do better than this. We may try a newer, larger, ship with Royal in the future to see if Royal can live up to our minimal expectations. Sorry Royal, you did not meet my expectations with this ship!

Cabin Review

Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F1

This cabin was made for four separate people (four bunk beds). It could not be transformed into a double bed as stated on the website.
