Being a fan of the MSC offerings, I will certainly continue to recommend this experience for a soothing; relaxed; no stress vacation - to ANYONE!
The booking process is done way ahead of departure and enables detailed planning and guarantees delivery of additional services in a smooth manner. The dining experience was highlighted by the amazing staff who truly show hospitality. However, the quality of dinner escalated to above average only by night 3,pity as this could have been a star point!
I have mixed emotions regarding the employment of SA youth/young adults on the Sinfonia this time around - Huge thumbs up for the creation of employment to MSC; however I found the attitude and service of locals paled in comparison to your international staff. Perhaps it is an adjustment phase or an inherent problem - either way - Train! Train! Train!

Wellness Oceanview Stateroom
I found our housekeeper to be a delight, consistently tidying up and ALWAYS smiling. I must say, his service was most memorable especially as he created an animal in our room from towels - super creative!
