The cruise took us to a new Island not known to us. We do this on a regularly basis and enjoy the cruises with other friends. Embarkation was not well organised as passport control and the holding area before escorted to the ship was insufficient and not well managed. In general disembarkation went well, except for the luggage was not properly placed (no walking space between suitcases). The ship is well maintained and clean. We had a negative experience as our booked cabin was changed without us being timeously informed, leaving us struggling to obtain cruise cards and moving our luggage, while the ship left Durban harbour. Entertainment and activities presented were of good quality and enjoyable. Dining was excellent as food was well prepared and service at restaurants was good. Excursions was well organised and executed with friendly and very helpful staff members. It was noted that there were less waiters and therefore service was almost non existing on Deck 11. In general me noticed that there were less staff members as on previous cruises.
