My 87 yer old wheelchair/limited mobility mother booked this cruise as a family trip. The handicap designated family suite was problematic. The comfortable king bed was at 28" from the floor so NOT transferable from wheelchair, my mother was given a step unit (she is a large woman recently surviving cancer) that she fell off of twice each time injuring herself (no breaks, but deep lacerations)
The other bed in the suite is a hard pleather sofa bed (full size) with crate foam on top not comfortable nor does it have it's own lamp/light. Possibly ok for children traveling, but NCL claims it is for 4 people. The last 2 nights of the trip my mother and her husband had to sleep on couch bed as after hurting herself no longer trusted climbing the step unit.
On arrival the safety bar separating shower in bathroom was rickety and only attached by 2 screws I reported this and it was addressed and 2 more bolts were added.

I would also advise earplugs as the location is off the pool deck area and dance parties at night boomed bass into room (mostly over by midnight)
NCL manmade mangrove cay. Clean, overpriced and all the boat seems to disembark so crowded. Like being at Disney.
