Chose to do this trip with a group of women. Some had not cruised before. I have been on this ship before, beautiful. Embarkation was quick and friendly. Cabin was great.Clean and well taken care of. Dining was very good mainly because of the servers. They are friendly and fun. Food was very good. As for entertainment on the ship, it is lacking. Cats is a boring play, a downer, needs to go. Other shows were good and we enjoyed them. They have trivia ,Quest,music ,some games and karaoke. Two problems, space and timing. Rooms for these venues are small so if you want to participate and can't get there early you may as well forget it. Just no place to sit. Next would be timing. Most things overlap. There are few things to do so you will have to choose. I feel that is just crazy, all day nothing then 3 things at once. I enjoyed the live music but the DJ music was not for me . Not for many becaure when we went it was empty. Tecno , music for 18yr olds, not dance music. Service, except for the Dining room stinks . Now that they have prepaid packages there is no reason to give you service, saves them money. The days of pool service or venue service are gone. They have your money !! I did not purchase the drink package but would have enjoyed a occasional drink , but getting one was hard. Ports, all the same. Not the real island feel. Every port is the same, jewelry stores and booze. Lots of jewelry ! I miss the days of seeing the real island. Just lines of shops , every port the same. They could have stayed in one place and few would know. LOL I have been cruising for years and feel it is still s great deal but also see it going downhill . Seems they just dont care anymore. .
