Breakfast at Mamsen's!
The Explorer's Lounge--a quiet place to relax.
The indoor pool area.
Lunch at a farmhouse in Tuscany.

This was our first cruise, and I booked it because I liked the sound of everything I read about it--the included excursions, drinks with lunch and dinner, the philosophy of the cruise being a learning experience rather than a party, paying for things up front rather than always being asked to pay more.

The thing that most impressed both my husband and me were the friendly staff. Everywhere we went, they greeted us with a smile and a word of hello. They always took time to ask how we were doing, what we enjoyed, and if there was anything else we needed.

I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the staff were able to get guests on and off the ship, for embarkation, excursions, and disembarkation. Our cabin was always cleaned and tidied. We were given an upgraded cabin, which was nice, but we did not make much use of the added amenities.
