We have never been disappointed with a Viking cruise. This cruise was no different...great ship, good food, super service and just a real great time. Although our balcony cabin storage was arranged differently than previous cabins we have stayed in, it was more than adequate. We enjoyed the layout of the public areas. Modern & comfortable seating was always to be found to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea as well as before or after dinner cocktails. Dinning was a pleasure! Excellent service and some of the best menus we have encountered in the cruise industry. Our visits ashore via tender or pierside were well organized and informative. Although a small point, we. were always offered bottle water when going ashore. Another cruise line we traveled with charged us for our bottled water. Viking doesn't nickel and dime you with a host of additional charges, which we greatly appreciated. They are a very professional company that offers great value and an enjoyable experience.
