Did a trip before and enjoyed it and decided to do it again but different destination. I expected the same, but a one or two unpleasant exposures, made me consider. My recommendation : Myself and the family would have enjoyed one more day in Reunion island, one day stop is to short. On Mauritius, the last day do not understand why the ship have to leave at two, why not leave at night say 20:00. this provide the last full day for excursions, With the 1st two days doing a lot of traveling to try to see so much just want one more day to spend at the beach and not to rush back to ship.

On the unpleasantness: When myself and family dine, we expect a certain standard relate to noise, background music. If groups want to party or make noise they should arrange separate time or different diner and consider other people. Also please send the crew on some training in respect to client service. The receptionists is rude and the way some of the staff talk to you are uncalled for. Untended children on deck 12 and fighting light night indicate not enough security to deal with these situations.

Two staff members that made it worthwhile were : Sigit and Vincent. if it were not for them it would have not been that positive experience.
