We chose this cruise for its itinerary and the fact we have sailed on 2 other Celebrity Cruises.

The Solstice is a beautiful ship. She is showing a little bit of age in a couple of areas but really well maintained

The ports of call were awesome.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 1B

Cabin 1B

The cabin was well appointed.

The view was unobstructed.

There was a little noise from above, we weren't sure if it was foot traffic or a noisy family with kids. It seemed to start about 6.30 am. It didn't worry us too much.

Clean, spacious enough, plenty of storage space.

Bed was awesome, pillows good.

Port Reviews

Sydney (Australia)

Awesome port

The harbour bridge on one side of the ship and the Sydney Opera House on the other.

How good can it get!!

Melbourne

Very easy accessible port.

A short walk and the. You take the tram into the heart of the city.

Wellington

Great shuttle service

Nice city to walk around

Th cable car is not particularly scenic but is a means to an end to get to the top for the lovely walk down through the. Otanic gardens.
