Overall it was worst cruise experience we had in a long time, We have sailed many cruise lines before but MSC Seaside experience was the worst. There are several things to complain about (FOOD, Customer service ). One of my kid had food allergies but we had no luck to get the food he needed. We have been on several other cruise lines where we had no issues but MSC is diff. We had issues with plumbing in the bathroom we couldnt use it for 15+ hours there were not enough technicians onboard. Rooms were well equipped and had good space overall. We were on the balcony cabins we had two cabins for family of four. Buffet was below average, restaurants food was also so limited choice. Kids have several activities on board which were good. Water park was good.We felt there were not enough crew to support that big ship.
