I'm a first time cruiser so I have nothing to compare it to, but I've read some of the (few) poor reviews and can't agree. I do agree with all the positive things I've read.
We (3) stayed in a regular state room and I slept on the pull out couch. It was big and comfortable. Our steward kept the room really clean and addressed us by name when she saw us.
The food in the dining hall (we ate at the Grande) for My Time Dining was REALLY, really good. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive and addressed us by name. My only complaint was that his English could have been better.
(I'm not sure which kind of Large Interior Stateroom we had. It had a big (king?) bed and a large sofa bed.)
We were pleased with our room. With 3 people, it was tight when the sofa bed was open, but we just look at a room as a place to sleep, not hang out.
