I selected this cruise due to itinerary and the flight purchase inclusion. I had never experienced 'all inclusive cruising' and was not disappointed. There was an issue that I've taken to corporate; feel it was an anomaly and am disappointed it hasn't been fully addressed to date. Barring that and ship repairs that interrupted the entire cruise on the pool deck, I would love to have an unblemished experience in the future.

The staff is incredible and their attention to each person aboard is to be commended. My Butler Mae, our sommelier Marco and everyone in La Terrazzo , the fitness leader Katerina were above outstanding. Jeffrey in the Panorama Lounge was very entertaining and very accommodating. I dined in the dining room only a few times and they address me by name - appreciated! I enjoyed out Bridge instructors and the lessons. I am remiss at remembering all of the names of the staff I would like to commend.

Silversea, please address the unpleasantness of the suite issue. I want to recommend this line to all!
