Panama was on our bucket list and we combined this cruise with one to USA/ Canada Fall Cruise, also with Princess. We flew into Fort Lauderdale from Quebec and had a Princess Transfer to Hotel. The transfer turned out to be a real nightmare as the rep didn't show up on time and when he did.. he was so disorganised. Gave us the wrong forms and told us to go to Bus #1 and then said he didn't say that...really embarrassed us in front of fellow passengers with his attitude. It took well over 1 hour to get to the port..supposed to be a 10 min trip. Very disappointing and real lack of Customer service on his part..

The service staff on the ship were terrific and couldn't be faulted.

We had anytime dining which we hardly used as we preferred the Horizon.
