Downtown Havana.

Always wanted to go to Cuba, booked 6 months prior to Irma. When I left for Florida by car, cruise was in jeopardy of being cancelled. Carnival called when I was almost to Florida, they said Cuba was a go but Key West was off. Three days later as I boarded the ship, Key west was put back on. A lot of trash type damage in Key West along with numerous boats sunk and blown on to shore. The people were glad to see us as tourism is major to lively hoods, took the trolley and seen some of the damage. We were told before we landed in Cuba that it was worth getting up early to see the city all lit up and they were right, I tried to upload a photo but evidently it was too dark and it was not accepted. Quite a few people aboard the Paradise signed up for the excursion to "The Tropicana". Havana was in good shape. more damage in the country side. I intend to go back soon.

Cabin 6E

Cabin was neat and well taken care of. For the first time I ate at the buffet on dress up night, food was the same and you could have mix the meal choices. I enjoyed it and was done soone so I could go to the shows earlier.
