2nd time on Liberty of the Seas the food is great and there is plenty to choose from in the main dinning room. The ship is older and needs a tiny face lift, it is still beautiful don't get me wrong but you are starting to see some wear and tear. My highlight of the ship was the flowrider... being a 45 yo woman with a recent back surgery i was a little nervous about trying it... but so glad I did. It was way easier than I expected, the staff is there to help you and give you tips on how to enter, to sit up etc. I suggest you let your wild side out and give it a try. I am somewhat disappointed in the service in the main dinning room, I did not get the same attention as I did on my previous cruise on this ship, While we had my time dining, we still experienced 10-20 minute wait times and it seemed very disorganized (hoping it was just a lot of new staff). Waters weren't brought quickly and neither was the bread (which was cold). We did not get seated at the same table at all so our waiters never got to "know" us and we had 2 persons in our group that had food allergies, so we had to explain it every night. We had reservations in Giovanni's one night, the food was just ok... save yourself the money and just eat the main dining. We went to the aerial show... loved it this was our second time seeing it and would see it again. Love the solarium, While I love kids, and I have a grown one, it's nice to be able to sit poolside without the loud distraction of them playing/splashing about.

*** LGBT friendly staff*** also there is a get together at R Bar deck 5 every evening at 6pm. Awesome way to meet/mingle with our community and get to know who's on board.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

LOVE the balcony. There was a "smell" coming from the sink (we closed the sink plug and that helped a lot) The bed was hard so we had an additional topper placed on it... it was still hard but better. Our attendant was good, room kept tidy and we got 2 towel animals.
